commercial licensing agreements; or
-
other written agreements.
These documents are incorporated into this Agreement where applicable.
If a specific written license or product agreement conflicts with this general User Agreement regarding a particular product or file, the more specific applicable agreement controls that subject.
6. DIFFERENT USERS HAVE DIFFERENT RIGHTS
Not every User receives the same rights.
Rights depend on factors such as:-
membership level;
-
purchase status;
-
file version;
-
license type;
-
product type;
-
software license;
-
commercial authorization;
-
account permissions; and
-
applicable third-party licenses.
For example:
A public Website visitor may have fewer rights than a registered member.
A Pro Member may have earlier access to development materials than a Free Member.
A commercial licensee may receive rights not granted to ordinary members.
A publicly released open-source version may provide broader redistribution rights than a member-only development version.
Users must not assume that access to one RENBOTS product or file grants rights to unrelated products or files.
7. MEMBERSHIP IS NOT OWNERSHIP
A RENBOTS membership provides access to the benefits offered for that membership level.
Membership does not by itself transfer ownership of:-
RENBOTS intellectual property;
-
BitForge Dynamics intellectual property;
-
BitNip intellectual property;
-
CAD designs;
-
robotics designs;
-
trademarks;
-
software;
-
firmware;
-
patents;
-
documentation;
-
manufacturing rights; or
-
commercial reproduction rights.
Digital materials are licensed according to the terms applicable to the particular material.
8. MEMBER-ACCESSIBLE SOURCE MATERIALS
Certain RENBOTS development files may be made available through Free or Pro membership before broader public release.
These materials may include editable:-

STL files;
-
STEP files;
-
source files;
-
documentation;
-
firmware;
-

Access to source material does not automatically mean that the material is formally open source.
Member-restricted material remains subject to the applicable Member Terms and Digital File License.
9. OPEN-SOURCE AND OPEN-HARDWARE RELEASES
RENBOTS may formally release certain versions or components under identified open-source or open-hardware licenses.
When a particular release carries such a license, that license controls the rights granted for that particular release.
A genuine open-source software license generally permits redistribution and modification according to its terms.
Accordingly, Users should distinguish between:
Member-Accessible Source Materials
and
formally licensed Open-Source or Open-Hardware Materials.
A later public release does not automatically change the licensing status of earlier or newer member-only versions.
10. VERSION-SPECIFIC RIGHTS
RENBOTS licenses may apply on a version-specific basis.
For example:
Version 0.7 may be publicly released.
Version 0.8 may remain restricted to Pro Members.
Version 1.0.0 may later become the production release.
Each version may have:-
different features;
-
different documentation;
-
different compatibility;
-
different safety characteristics;
-
different licensing; and
-
different distribution rights.
Users must verify the version they possess.

64. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
An invalid provision should be limited or interpreted only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permissible.
65. NO WAIVER
Failure by BitNip LLC or BitForge Dynamics LLC to enforce a provision on one occasion does not permanently waive that provision or another right.
66. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement will be governed according to the governing-law provision established for the RENBOTS contractual framework, subject to mandatory laws applicable to individual Users.
[INSERT FINAL GOVERNING STATE, VENUE, AND DISPUTE LANGUAGE AFTER LEGAL REVIEW]
Nothing in this section deprives consumers of rights that cannot legally be waived.
67. ENTIRE RENBOTS AGREEMENT FRAMEWORK

68. A SIMPLE RULE FOR USERS
The RENBOTS ecosystem is intentionally designed to encourage building, learning, experimentation, development, and innovation.
The general expectation is straightforward:
Use the system responsibly.
Respect the license attached to the version you are using.
Do not redistribute restricted Member Files merely because you were allowed to download them.
Do not represent unofficial products as official RENBOTS products.
Do not assume experimental hardware is finished production hardware.
Do not assume AI output is always correct.
Use appropriate safety controls when operating physical robotics.
Respect other people's privacy, property, intellectual property, and safety.
And when you create something genuinely new:
build it, test it, document it, and show people what you made.
That kind of experimentation is a fundamental part of what RENBOTS is intended to enable.

1. RENBOTS DOES NOT CREATE EVERY COMPONENT USED IN A RENBOTS SYSTEM
RENBOTS is a modular robotics platform.
A RENBOTS system may use components, technologies, software, or services developed by companies, communities, researchers, manufacturers, open-source projects, independent developers, or other third parties.
Examples may include:
-
microcontrollers;
-
processors;
-
servos;
-
motors;
-
motor drivers;
-
sensors;
-
cameras;
-
batteries;
-
displays;
-
connectors;
-
bearings;
-
fasteners;
-
networking hardware;
-
software libraries;
-
firmware libraries;
-
operating systems;
-
AI models;
-
AI APIs;
-
speech systems;
-
computer-vision tools;
-
open-source software;
-
open-hardware designs;
-
research code;
-
development frameworks; and
-
community-created robotics components.
The presence of a third-party component in a RENBOTS design does not mean that BitNip LLC or BitForge Dynamics LLC manufactured, owns, controls, or created that component.
2. EXAMPLES OF THIRD-PARTY HARDWARE
RENBOTS may use or support hardware created by third parties.
Examples may include components such as:
-
ESP32-based microcontrollers;
-
commercially available servos;
-
motors;
-
motor controllers;
-
sensors;
-
cameras;
-
battery systems;
-
displays;
-
single-board computers;
-
microcontrollers;
-
connectors;
-
bearings;
-
fasteners; and
-
other commercially available hardware.
These components are produced or supplied by their respective manufacturers.
BitNip LLC and BitForge Dynamics LLC do not claim to manufacture third-party hardware merely because that hardware is used in a RENBOTS design.
3. THIRD-PARTY DESIGNS MAY BE USED WITH RENBOTSRENBOTS may support, incorporate, recommend, adapt to, or document compatibility with hardware or software designs created by independent third-party developers or designers.
For example, RENBOTS may support a third-party robotic hand, gripper, actuator, software package, or other component when that technology is compatible with the RENBOTS platform.
A currently contemplated example is use of a third-party robotic hand design such as Orca Hands V1, alongside or as an alternative to a simpler RENBOTS-designed claw or gripper.
Such examples are provided to illustrate the RENBOTS integration model and do not guarantee permanent support, availability, or licensing of any specific third-party product.
4. THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGY REMAINS OWNED BY ITS RESPECTIVE OWNERThird-party technology remains subject to the intellectual-property rights of its respective owner.
RENBOTS does not claim ownership of third-party:-
hardware designs;
-
software;
-
source code;
-
firmware;
-
CAD;
-
models;
-
documentation;
-
trademarks;
-
patents;
-
copyrights;
-
trade secrets; or
-
other proprietary rights
merely because the technology is compatible with or referenced by RENBOTS.
Any applicable attribution, copyright notice, license notice, or other legal notice should be preserved where required.
5. USERS MAY NEED TO OBTAIN THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS DIRECTLYRENBOTS may not always have the legal right to redistribute third-party technology.
In those situations, a User may be required to obtain the applicable component, file, software, or license directly from the third party.
This may include downloading or purchasing material from:-
a third-party website;
-
a developer repository;
-
a software marketplace;
-
a hardware vendor;
-
an open-source project page;
-
a designer's storefront;
-
an application store;
-
a research repository; or
-
another independent source.
RENBOTS may provide instructions or links explaining where compatible materials can be obtained.However, the actual transaction or download may occur directly between the User and the third party.
6. THIRD-PARTY TERMS MAY APPLYWhen a User obtains or uses third-party technology, that User may be required to agree to the third party's own:
-
license;
-
terms of service;
-
purchase terms;
-
privacy policy;
-
commercial-use restrictions;
-
attribution requirements;
-
redistribution restrictions;
-
open-source license;
-
subscription terms;
-
warranty terms; or
-
other conditions.
Those terms are separate from RENBOTS agreements.
Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with them.
7. RENBOTS CANNOT OVERRIDE A THIRD-PARTY LICENSE
RENBOTS cannot grant rights that RENBOTS does not possess.
If a third-party technology is distributed under a license that:
-
restricts redistribution;
-
prohibits commercial use;
-
requires attribution;
-
requires source disclosure;
-
requires derivative works to use a particular license;
-
requires separate purchase;
-
limits modifications; or
-
imposes other conditions,
those conditions continue to apply.
RENBOTS cannot waive or replace them unless legally authorized by the rights holder.
8. "OPEN SOURCE" DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN "UNRESTRICTED"
Third-party software or hardware may be described as open source, open hardware, source available, research use, community licensed, or another similar term.
These terms are not interchangeable.
Different licenses may impose very different obligations.
For example, a license may:
-
allow commercial use;
-
prohibit commercial use;
-
require attribution;
-
require disclosure of derivative source;
-
allow redistribution;
-
restrict redistribution;
-
require identical licensing of derivatives; or
-
limit use to specific categories.
Users should review the actual license attached to the specific third-party technology.
9. MIT, APACHE, GPL, AND OTHER SOFTWARE LICENSES
RENBOTS software may include or depend upon third-party libraries released under licenses such as:
-
MIT;
-
Apache;
-
BSD;
-
GPL;
-
LGPL;
-
MPL; or
-
other open-source or source-available licenses.
Each license has different requirements.
Where required, RENBOTS will make reasonable efforts to preserve:
-
copyright notices;
-
attribution notices;
-
license files;
-
source-disclosure requirements; and
-
other obligations imposed by the applicable license.
A third-party library remains governed by its own license even when used inside RENBOTS software.
10. THIRD-PARTY HARDWARE LICENSES MAY DIFFER FROM SOFTWARE LICENSES
Hardware designs may use different licensing models than software.
A hardware project may permit:
-
personal fabrication;
-
modification;
-
commercial fabrication;
-
redistribution; or
-
derivative designs
subject to its particular license.
Other designs may be limited to:
-
personal use;
-
educational use;
-
non-commercial use;
-
research use; or
-
another defined purpose.
Users should not assume that a downloadable CAD or 3D model is freely redistributable or commercially usable simply because the file is available online.
11. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS MAY REQUIRE PURCHASE
Some compatible components may only be available through purchase.
A RENBOTS assembly may therefore require a User to separately purchase:
-
electronics;
-
motors;
-
servos;
-
sensors;
-
cameras;
-
batteries;
-
software licenses;
-
AI subscriptions;
-
hardware modules;
-
developer products; or
-
other third-party items.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a RENBOTS membership or file download does not include third-party products.
12. RENBOTS MAY PROVIDE COMPATIBILITY, NOT REDISTRIBUTION
In some cases, RENBOTS may provide:
-
a mounting interface;
-
adapter;
-
bracket;
-
software connector;
-
communication protocol;
-
installation guide;
-
integration instructions;
-
API wrapper;
-
compatibility layer; or
-
configuration profile
for a third-party technology.
This does not necessarily mean that RENBOTS may distribute the third-party technology itself.
The User may still be required to obtain the original component or software directly from the third party.
13. COMPATIBILITY DOES NOT MEAN ENDORSEMENT
Reference to a third-party product does not necessarily mean that:
-
the third party endorses RENBOTS;
-
RENBOTS endorses the third party;
-
a partnership exists;
-
a commercial relationship exists;
-
a certification exists; or
-
either party controls the other.
A compatibility reference may simply mean that a product or technology can technically work with RENBOTS.
14. TRADEMARKS BELONG TO THEIR OWNERS
Names and trademarks belonging to third parties remain property of their respective owners.
References to third-party brands are intended for:
-
identification;
-
interoperability;
-
compatibility;
-
attribution; or
-
technical documentation
and do not imply ownership.
15. THIRD-PARTY HARDWARE CAN CHANGE
Third-party manufacturers may change:
-
specifications;
-
dimensions;
-
firmware;
-
pinouts;
-
connectors;
-
suppliers;
-
materials;
-
pricing;
-
availability;
-
manufacturing tolerances; or
-
product revisions.
As a result, a component that previously worked with RENBOTS may later require:
-
an adapter;
-
updated documentation;
-
software changes;
-
wiring changes;
-
mechanical changes; or
-
replacement with another component.
RENBOTS cannot guarantee indefinite compatibility with every revision of a third-party product.
16. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS MAY BE DISCONTINUED
Manufacturers and developers may discontinue products or services without RENBOTS controlling that decision.
If a required third-party component becomes unavailable, RENBOTS may:
-
identify an alternative;
-
update a design;
-
create an adapter;
-
revise documentation;
-
discontinue support; or
-
maintain support only for older versions.
Availability of a third-party technology is not guaranteed by RENBOTS.
17. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE CAN CHANGE
Software providers may:
-
update APIs;
-
remove APIs;
-
change pricing;
-
introduce subscription requirements;
-
modify authentication;
-
discontinue services;
-
change model names;
-
change behavior;
-
impose rate limits;
-
change licenses; or
-
change compatibility.
These changes may affect RENBOTS integrations.
RENBOTS may update its software where practical, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with independently controlled services.
18. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PROVIDERS
REN may support artificial-intelligence models and services provided by third-party AI developers.
RENBOTS may integrate with multiple AI providers rather than depending on a single provider.
These may include providers of:
-
language models;
-
multimodal models;
-
speech recognition;
-
text-to-speech;
-
computer vision;
-
embeddings;
-
reasoning systems;
-
image generation;
-
code generation;
-
research tools; or
-
related AI services.
RENBOTS may support models from multiple frontier AI laboratories, open-model developers, local-model ecosystems, and other providers.
19. NO SINGLE AI PROVIDER IS GUARANTEED
RENBOTS is not intended to guarantee permanent dependency upon any single AI provider.
Supported providers may change because of:
-
model quality;
-
price;
-
availability;
-
licensing;
-
privacy requirements;
-
local-compute support;
-
performance;
-
API changes;
-
commercial terms;
-
security requirements; or
-
technical development.
A supported AI provider today may be removed, replaced, or supplemented in the future.
20. USERS MAY NEED THEIR OWN AI ACCOUNT OR API KEY
Certain third-party AI integrations may require a User to:
-
create an account with the AI provider;
-
purchase credits;
-
maintain a subscription;
-
obtain an API key;
-
accept provider terms;
-
configure billing; or
-
comply with usage policies.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, these third-party costs and accounts are separate from RENBOTS membership or hardware purchases.
21. THIRD-PARTY AI DATA PROCESSING
When a User connects REN to a third-party AI service, information sent to that service may be processed by the third party.
This may include:
-
prompts;
-
text;
-
audio;
-
images;
-
files;
-
sensor-derived information;
-
conversation context; or
-
other content intentionally submitted through the integration.
That processing is governed by the third party's applicable:
-
privacy policy;
-
API agreement;
-
enterprise agreement;
-
terms of service;
-
data-retention settings; and
-
technical architecture.
RENBOTS does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party AI providers.
22. LOCAL AI IS DIFFERENT
REN may also support locally operated AI systems.
When processing remains local to a User's own device and is not transmitted externally, the User may avoid transmitting that content to a third-party AI provider.
Support for local AI may depend on:
-
hardware;
-
software;
-
model format;
-
compute capability;
-
memory;
-
licensing; and
-
technical compatibility.
RENBOTS does not guarantee that every AI function will always be available locally.
23. AI MODEL OUTPUT REMAINS THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGY
Where an AI provider supplies the model or service, RENBOTS does not claim authorship or ownership of the underlying third-party model.
The model remains governed by the provider's applicable intellectual-property and licensing terms.
RENBOTS may provide:
-
orchestration;
-
user interfaces;
-
integrations;
-
prompts;
-
software;
-
local tooling;
-
robotics controls; or
-
other technology around that model.
24. SOFTWARE LIBRARIES
RENBOTS software may rely upon software libraries and frameworks created by third parties.
These may perform functions such as:
-
networking;
-
graphics;
-
audio;
-
robotics;
-
AI inference;
-
device communication;
-
Bluetooth;
-
USB communication;
-
mathematical operations;
-
file handling;
-
user interfaces;
-
encryption;
-
data serialization;
-
web requests; or
-
other technical functions.
Use of these libraries is common in modern software development.
Their respective licenses remain applicable.
25. OPEN AND CLOSED RENBOTS SOFTWARE MAY BOTH USE THIRD-PARTY LIBRARIES
RENBOTS may publish both open-source and proprietary software.
Either type may depend upon third-party libraries.
Use of an open-source library inside proprietary software does not automatically make the proprietary RENBOTS software open source unless the applicable third-party license legally requires that result.
Likewise, the presence of proprietary technology does not automatically change the license of separately licensed open-source components.
Each component must be evaluated under its own license.
26. THIRD-PARTY LICENSE NOTICES
Where appropriate or legally required, RENBOTS may provide third-party license information through:
-
source repositories;
-
application settings;
-
LICENSE files;
-
NOTICE files;
-
documentation;
-
downloadable acknowledgements;
-
About screens; or
-
other reasonable locations.
Users should preserve legally required notices when redistributing material under licenses that permit redistribution.
27. COMMUNITY-CREATED INTEGRATIONS
RENBOTS Users may create their own integrations with third-party products.
A community-created integration is not automatically:
-
reviewed by RENBOTS;
-
supported by RENBOTS;
-
certified by RENBOTS;
-
safe;
-
compatible with every revision; or
-
endorsed by the third party.
Users should independently evaluate community integrations.
28. COMMUNITY DESIGNS MAY HAVE THEIR OWN LICENSES
A User may publish a RENBOTS-compatible accessory or design under that User's own applicable license.
If another User downloads that design, they must follow the creator's license.
RENBOTS Member Terms do not automatically take ownership of genuinely independent third-party or community-created work.
29. RENBOTS MAY LINK TO THIRD-PARTY DOWNLOADS
RENBOTS documentation may link Users to external locations to obtain required or optional technology.
Examples may include:
-
GitHub;
-
developer websites;
-
manufacturer websites;
-
app stores;
-
research repositories;
-
vendor stores;
-
documentation portals; or
-
community projects.
External links are provided for convenience or technical necessity.
The destination is controlled by the third party.
30. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES ARE OUTSIDE RENBOTS CONTROL
RENBOTS is not responsible for independent third-party websites.
A third-party site may change:
-
its content;
-
privacy practices;
-
download files;
-
terms;
-
pricing;
-
availability;
-
security; or
-
access requirements.
Users should verify that they are downloading software or hardware information from a trustworthy source.
31. MALWARE AND DOWNLOAD SAFETY
Users should exercise caution when downloading third-party software, firmware, models, or files.
RENBOTS cannot guarantee the security of independently operated third-party websites or repositories.
Users should consider:
-
verifying the source;
-
checking signatures or hashes where available;
-
using reputable repositories;
-
maintaining current security software;
-
reviewing code where appropriate; and
-
avoiding suspicious or unofficial mirrors.
32. THIRD-PARTY WARRANTIES
Third-party components may carry warranties issued by their manufacturers or developers.
Those warranties are separate from any RENBOTS warranty.
RENBOTS does not automatically assume the manufacturer's warranty obligations for a third-party product merely because the component is recommended or included in a design.
Where RENBOTS itself resells a component, additional legal obligations may apply depending on the transaction and applicable law.
33. THIRD-PARTY SAFETY INFORMATION
Users should follow the safety instructions provided by third-party manufacturers.
This is particularly important for:
-
batteries;
-
power supplies;
-
servos;
-
motors;
-
motor drivers;
-
chargers;
-
tools;
-
fabrication equipment;
-
sensors;
-
high-current wiring; and
-
other potentially hazardous components.
RENBOTS documentation supplements rather than automatically replaces applicable manufacturer safety information.
34. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENT FAILURE
A third-party component may fail.
Possible failures may include:
-
electrical failure;
-
overheating;
-
mechanical failure;
-
firmware failure;
-
inaccurate sensor data;
-
communication loss;
-
unexpected motion;
-
battery failure; or
-
other faults.
Users should design appropriate safeguards for the consequences of component failure.
35. RECOMMENDATIONS MAY CHANGE
A component may initially be recommended because it provides a suitable combination of:
-
price;
-
performance;
-
availability;
-
compatibility;
-
quality; and
-
community support.
A different component may later become preferable.
RENBOTS may therefore update recommended components without changing the underlying purpose of a design.
36. BILL OF MATERIALS
A RENBOTS Bill of Materials may include products sourced from independent manufacturers.
A Bill of Materials is intended to identify compatible or tested components.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, it does not mean:
-
RENBOTS manufactures every listed item;
-
every supplier is officially partnered with RENBOTS;
-
a listed supplier will maintain availability;
-
every component is covered by a RENBOTS warranty; or
-
substitutions are automatically compatible.
37. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY TERMS
Users are responsible for determining whether they are permitted to use a third-party technology for their intended purpose.
This may be particularly important for:
-
commercial use;
-
resale;
-
redistribution;
-
government use;
-
education;
-
research;
-
international deployment;
-
regulated applications; or
-
incorporation into another product.
38. COMMERCIAL USE MAY REQUIRE MULTIPLE LICENSES
A User developing a commercial product around RENBOTS may need authorization from more than one rights holder.
For example, a commercial system could involve:
-
a RENBOTS commercial license;
-
an independent third-party hardware license;
-
an AI provider agreement;
-
open-source license compliance;
-
commercial software licensing; and
-
manufacturer-specific requirements.
A RENBOTS commercial license does not automatically grant rights in independently owned third-party technology.
39. EXPORT AND REGULATED TECHNOLOGY
Third-party technology may be subject to:
-
export controls;
-
sanctions;
-
geographic restrictions;
-
encryption controls;
-
government procurement requirements;
-
research restrictions; or
-
other legal requirements.
Users are responsible for determining whether those restrictions apply to their use.
40. OPEN-SOURCE COMPLIANCE
Where RENBOTS redistributes open-source software or other technology, BitNip LLC and BitForge Dynamics LLC intend to comply with the applicable license obligations.
Those obligations may include:
-
preserving license text;
-
preserving copyright notices;
-
providing attribution;
-
providing source code;
-
providing modification notices;
-
providing installation information; or
-
other license-specific requirements.
If a User believes a required open-source notice is missing, the issue may be reported through:
Please identify the inquiry as:
OPEN-SOURCE LICENSE NOTICE
41. REPORTING THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS CONCERNS
If a rights holder believes RENBOTS materials improperly contain or redistribute third-party intellectual property, they may contact RENBOTS through:
Please identify the inquiry as:
THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS NOTICE
and provide sufficient information to identify the relevant material.
RENBOTS may investigate, correct attribution, remove content, replace material, or take other appropriate action.
42. NO GUARANTEE OF PERMANENT THIRD-PARTY SUPPORT
Third-party technologies exist outside RENBOTS control.
Accordingly, RENBOTS cannot guarantee permanent support for any particular:
-
motor;
-
servo;
-
microcontroller;
-
AI provider;
-
library;
-
operating system;
-
hardware design;
-
software application;
-
cloud platform; or
-
other external technology.
RENBOTS may migrate to alternatives as the ecosystem changes.
43. MODULARITY IS INTENDED TO REDUCE THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCY RISK
RENBOTS is intended to be modular in part so that components may be replaced or upgraded over time.
Where practical, interfaces may be designed to allow substitution of:
-
compute hardware;
-
sensors;
-
actuators;
-
AI providers;
-
software libraries;
-
attachments; or
-
other modules.
Modularity does not guarantee universal compatibility, but it is intended to reduce unnecessary dependence upon a single external technology.
44. RENBOTS MAY DEVELOP FIRST-PARTY ALTERNATIVES
A third-party component supported today may later be supplemented or replaced by technology developed by BitForge Dynamics LLC, BitNip LLC, or another authorized RENBOTS developer.
For example, RENBOTS may support both:
-
a third-party robotic hand; and
-
a simpler first-party RENBOTS claw.
Users may be given multiple integration options where technically and commercially practical.
45. NO IMPLIED PARTNERSHIP

-
pixels;
-
analytics identifiers;

15. REN AND RENBOTS DEVICE PRIVACY
This section is particularly important.
RENBOTS Does Not Operate a Centralized REN User-Data Server
BitNip LLC and BitForge Dynamics LLC do not operate a centralized service that automatically receives all conversations, camera feeds, microphone recordings, prompts, files, AI interactions, sensor information, or other private operational data from locally operated REN or RENBOTS systems merely because a person uses the system.
A locally operated REN system may therefore process information without transmitting that information to BitNip LLC or BitForge Dynamics LLC.
If information never leaves the user's device and is never otherwise transmitted to us, we cannot collect it.
Local Processing
A REN implementation may be configured to use compatible local:-
AI models;
-
speech models;
-
computer-vision systems;
-
databases;
-
memory systems;
-
software;
-
automation systems; or
-
other processing tools.
Information processed entirely through such local systems may remain on the user's own equipment, subject to the user's configuration.
Users may also choose to connect REN to external services (Third-Party AI and Cloud Providers)
Examples may include:-
cloud AI providers;
-
language-model APIs;
-
speech-to-text services;
-
text-to-speech providers;
-
computer-vision services;
-
cloud-storage providers;
-
automation platforms;
-
web services; or
-
other APIs.
When a user intentionally configures REN to transmit information to an external provider, information sent through that connection may be processed, stored, logged, reviewed, retained, or otherwise handled by that provider according to:
-
that provider's privacy policy;
-
its terms of service;
-
the user's account settings;
-
the applicable API agreement;
-
its technical architecture; and
-
applicable law.
BitNip LLC and BitForge Dynamics LLC do not control the independent privacy practices of third-party providers selected or configured by users.
Users should review those providers before transmitting sensitive information.
Network Security
Information transmitted over the Internet is also subject to the security of:-
the user's device;
-
network configuration;
-
Internet service provider;
-
network intermediaries;
-
encryption implementation;
-
external provider; and
-
other infrastructure involved in the connection.
Users requiring highly private operation should consider compatible local processing and appropriate network-security controls.
16. DATA FROM REN DEVICES IS DIFFERENT FROM WEBSITE DATA
Creating a RENBOTS.com account does not, by itself, authorize us to remotely access a user's privately operated REN system.
Similarly:-
buying a RENBOTS kit does not automatically enable device telemetry;
-
downloading a RENBOTS design does not automatically send device activity to us;
-
having a RENBOTS membership does not automatically transmit microphone or camera data;
-
using locally configured AI does not automatically provide conversation history to BitNip LLC or BitForge Dynamics LLC.
If a future RENBOTS product introduces an optional cloud-connected feature that transmits device information to us, that feature should be separately disclosed before the applicable information is collected.
17. INFORMATION SECURITY
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information under our control.
RENBOTS.com also benefits from security infrastructure provided by Wix and other applicable service providers.
Security measures may include, where appropriate:-
access controls;
-
authentication;
-
encrypted communications;
-
account permissions;
-
service-provider security;
-
system monitoring;
-
fraud prevention; and
-
restricted administrative access.
However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We therefore cannot promise that unauthorized access, cyberattacks, service-provider failures, technical vulnerabilities, or other security incidents will never occur.
18. DATA RETENTION
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or for legitimate operational, legal, accounting, security, or regulatory reasons.
Examples may include retaining information necessary for:-
active accounts;
-
memberships;
-
order fulfillment;
-
warranty records;
-
customer support;
-
accounting;
-
tax records;
-
fraud prevention;
-
security;
-
dispute resolution;
-
intellectual-property enforcement;
-
legal claims; and
-
regulatory obligations.
Different categories of information may therefore be retained for different periods.
When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise handled according to applicable requirements and system capabilities.
Backup systems and third-party providers may retain information for additional limited periods according to their own backup and retention procedures.
19. USER PRIVACY RIGHTS

Information submitted for verification will be used for that verification and related request-processing purposes.
Where applicable law provides specific deadlines or procedures for responding to a privacy request, we will endeavor to follow those requirements.

a material pricing error occurred;
-
shipping restrictions prevent fulfillment; or
-
another legitimate fulfillment issue exists.

contribute practical experience that may improve future versions of the platform.
RENBOTS currently offers different membership levels, including Free and Pro.
The materials available at each membership level may differ.
Not every RENBOTS product, design, hardware component, software system, application, or technology will necessarily be included in membership access.
2. FREE AND PRO MEMBERSHIPS
Free Membership
Free Members may receive access to selected:-
documentation;
-
introductory designs;
-
selected hardware files;
-
community resources;
-
build information;
-
software or firmware where designated;
-
educational content; and
-
other materials identified as available to Free Members.
Pro Membership
Pro Members may receive additional access to materials such as:-
development-stage hardware files;
-
expanded design files;
-
early hardware revisions;
-
advanced documentation;
-
additional fabrication resources;
-
early-access builds;
-
development updates;
-
member-only downloads;
-
selected software or firmware;
-
build resources; and
-
other materials identified as Pro benefits.
The exact benefits of each membership level may change as RENBOTS develops.
A paid Pro membership does not represent the purchase or transfer of RENBOTS intellectual property.
3. IMPORTANT TERMINOLOGY: MEMBER FILES ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY PUBLIC OPEN SOURCE
RENBOTS is designed around a long-term goal of making substantial portions of the core robotics platform openly available.
However, not every file accessible through a RENBOTS membership is currently released to the general public under an unrestricted open-source license.
Materials that require a RENBOTS membership to access and that remain subject to redistribution restrictions should be understood as:
RENBOTS Member-Accessible Source Materials
or
RENBOTS Member Files.
These materials may provide access to editable source, CAD, design, software, documentation, or fabrication files without granting the unrestricted redistribution rights normally associated with formal open-source licensing.
A file should be considered formally Open Source only when RENBOTS expressly publishes that particular file or release under an identified open-source license.
Simply being able to access, inspect, modify, or fabricate from a Member File does not make that file public-domain material or automatically authorize redistribution.
4. THE RENBOTS STAGGERED RELEASE MODEL
RENBOTS uses a staged development and release process.
Different designs may move through stages such as:
Development → Pro Member Access → Free Member Access → Public/Open Release
The exact sequence may vary by product.
RENBOTS may decide:-
when a design moves between stages;
-
whether a stage is skipped;
-
how long a design remains member-only;
-
which membership level receives access;
-
whether a specific release will ultimately become publicly available;
-
which license applies once it becomes publicly available; and
-
whether later revisions remain restricted while an older revision becomes freely available.
For example, RENBOTS may make an earlier hardware revision freely available while a newer development revision remains available only to Pro Members.
Membership access therefore provides earlier access, not ownership of the release schedule.
5. NO GUARANTEED RELEASE DATE FOR MEMBER FILES
RENBOTS intends to progressively make significant portions of the core platform available more broadly.
However, membership does not guarantee that a particular development file will:-
become publicly available by a specific date;
-
become available to Free Members;
-
be published under a specific open-source license;
-
remain available indefinitely;
-
remain unchanged; or
-
become part of a production product.
RENBOTS retains discretion over the development and publication schedule.
6. WHAT MEMBERS MAY DO WITH MEMBER FILES
Unless a specific file contains a different written license, an authorized RENBOTS member may generally:-
download files available to their membership level;
-
use those files for personal RENBOTS builds;
-
inspect and study the designs;
-
fabricate parts for their own authorized build;
-
modify files for their own build;
-
test different configurations;
-
develop personal additions or accessories;
-
document their build;
-
photograph their build;
-
record video of their build;
-
demonstrate the finished robot;
-
discuss their experience;
-
publish reviews;
-
publish build logs;
-
provide feedback to RENBOTS; and
-
create original components intended to work with RENBOTS.
Members are encouraged to experiment and create.
The purpose of the restrictions below is not to prevent users from building, modifying, discussing, demonstrating, or extending their own robots.
The restrictions are intended to prevent membership-only RENBOTS files from simply being copied outside the RENBOTS membership system.
7. WHAT MEMBERS MAY SHARE PUBLICLY
Members are encouraged to share their RENBOTS projects.
Members may generally publish or distribute:-
photographs;
-
videos;
-
renders that do not function as substitute fabrication files;
-
reviews;
-
demonstrations;
-
tutorials;
-
written build descriptions;
-
measurements created independently where they do not reproduce protected files;
-
software or hardware they independently created, subject to applicable licenses;
-
original accessories;
-
original brackets;
-
original mounts;
-
original attachments;
-
original shells;
-
original payload systems;
-
original tools;
-
original modules;
-
original add-ons; and
-
other independently created work that interfaces with RENBOTS.
A user may say that an original attachment, accessory, or modification is:-
designed for RENBOTS;
-
compatible with RENBOTS; or
-
built for use with RENBOTS,
provided that the user does not falsely claim that the work is an official RENBOTS product or authorized by BitNip LLC or BitForge Dynamics LLC.
8. WHAT MEMBERS MAY NOT DISTRIBUTE
Unless expressly authorized by a separate written license, members may not distribute RENBOTS Member Files outside the authorized RENBOTS.com membership system.
This includes distributing:-
STL files;
-
STEP files;
-
CAD files;
-
mesh files;
-
sliced printer files;
-
project files;
-
source files;
-
manufacturing files;
-
engineering drawings intended to reproduce a protected component;
-
downloadable design packages;
-
source code designated as restricted Member Material;
-
firmware designated as restricted Member Material;
-
digital documentation packages intended to substitute for membership access; or
-
substantially equivalent copies of those materials.
“Distribution” includes providing a copy through:-
public repositories;
-
private repositories;
-
file-sharing services;
-
cloud folders;
-
forums;
-
Discord;
-
social media;
-
email;
-
direct messages;
-
physical storage devices;
-
torrent systems;
-
websites;
-
marketplaces; or
-
any other method that gives another person access to a restricted file.
Giving a restricted Member File away for free is still distribution.
Charging money for it is also distribution.
9. RECREATING A MEMBER FILE DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY REMOVE THE RESTRICTION
A member may not circumvent these Terms by manually recreating a restricted RENBOTS design and then distributing the recreated file when the recreated work substantially reproduces protected RENBOTS material.
For example, a member may not:-
download a restricted RENBOTS CAD file;
-
redraw substantially the same component from scratch;
-
export a new CAD or STL file; and
-
distribute that replacement file as a way of bypassing the membership restriction.
Likewise, trivial changes such as:-
changing file format;
-
changing the filename;
-
changing mesh density;
-
moving holes slightly;
-
altering cosmetic geometry;
-
adding a logo;
-
changing tolerances;
-
combining files;
-
splitting files; or
-
remeshing a design
do not automatically convert protected material into independently distributable work.
This restriction applies only to the extent that RENBOTS, BitNip LLC, BitForge Dynamics LLC, or another applicable rights holder possesses legally enforceable rights in the underlying material.
Nothing in these Terms claims ownership over genuinely independent designs merely because they are compatible with RENBOTS.
10. ORIGINAL USER-CREATED PARTS ARE DIFFERENT
RENBOTS strongly encourages users to create new components and accessories.
A component that a user independently creates may remain that user's own work.
Examples may include an independently designed:-
gripper;
-
camera mount;
-
decorative shell;
-
sensor bracket;
-
tool mount;
-
payload attachment;
-
rover attachment;
-
electronics enclosure;
-
accessory;
-
interface board;
-
software application; or
-
other add-on.
The fact that an original component attaches to or works with RENBOTS does not automatically make that component property of RENBOTS.
Users may generally share original works they own.
However, an “original” work should not contain or reproduce restricted RENBOTS source material beyond what is legally permitted.
11. MEMBER FILES MAY BE MODIFIED FOR PERSONAL USE
Members may modify authorized Member Files for their own build unless the applicable file states otherwise.
Members may therefore experiment with:-
dimensions;
-
tolerances;
-
geometry;
-
mounting configurations;
-
aesthetics;
-
component placement;
-
fabrication methods; and
-
other personal modifications.
However, permission to privately modify a Member File does not automatically grant permission to redistribute the modified file.
A modified restricted Member File remains subject to the applicable Member File restrictions to the extent it contains protected RENBOTS material.
12. PUBLICLY RELEASED OPEN-SOURCE MATERIALS
When RENBOTS formally releases a file under an identified open-source license, that license controls the use of that particular release.
A genuine open-source license may provide rights that are broader than these Member Terms, including rights to:-
copy;
-
modify;
-
redistribute; or
-
use the released material commercially,
depending on the specific license.
Where an identified open-source license grants those rights, these Member Terms are not intended to take those rights away.
Users should therefore check the license associated with the specific file and specific version they are using.
A member-only development release and a later public release may have different licensing terms.
13. VERSION-SPECIFIC LICENSING
Licensing applies to the particular version released under that license.
For example:
CORE-HEAD 0.8 Development
may remain a Pro Member File.
CORE-HEAD 0.7 Public Release
may later be distributed under an open-source license.
The public release of version 0.7 would not automatically make version 0.8 public.
Similarly, the release of one component does not automatically release every related RENBOTS component.
Users must check the license attached to the particular version they possess.
14. NOT EVERYTHING IN RENBOTS WILL BE OPEN SOURCE
RENBOTS is a modular ecosystem.
The goal of making the core robotics platform broadly available does not mean every RENBOTS technology will necessarily be open source.
Certain components may remain proprietary or closed source.
These may include, depending on the applicable product:-
artificial-intelligence systems;
-
REN software;
-
applications;
-
mobile applications;
-
desktop applications;
-
cloud services;
-
commercial software;
-
proprietary algorithms;
-
certain firmware;
-
specialized electronics;
-
proprietary hardware;
-
commercial modules;
-
security systems;
-
licensed third-party technologies;
-
manufacturing processes;
-
internal development tools; and
-
technologies not designated as part of the open core platform.
A hardware platform may therefore include both:
open or source-available components
and
proprietary components.
The license associated with each component controls.
15. THIRD-PARTY OPEN-SOURCE SOFTWARE
RENBOTS may incorporate or interact with third-party open-source software.
Third-party open-source software remains governed by its own license.
These Member Terms do not override rights granted by a third-party open-source license.
Where required, applicable third-party notices or license terms will be provided.
16. DEVELOPMENT STATUS OF CURRENT MEMBER HARDWARE
Members should understand that many current RENBOTS member-accessible hardware files represent development hardware, not finalized production hardware.
Current designs may require:-
redesign;
-
mechanical revision;
-
electrical revision;
-
tolerance adjustment;
-
reinforcement;
-
component substitution;
-
additional testing;
-
revised assembly procedures;
-
firmware updates;
-
documentation updates;
-
safety improvements; or
-
manufacturing optimization.
This is intentional.
RENBOTS membership provides users with an opportunity to participate in the development process rather than merely receiving a finished consumer product.
17. MEMBER FILES ARE NOT NECESSARILY VERSION 1.0.0
Development-stage Member Files should not be assumed to represent the final V1.0.0 production release.
RENBOTS may use version identifiers such as:-
0.1;
-
0.5;
-
0.8;
-
Beta;
-
RC;
-
development revision;
-
prototype revision; or
-
another pre-production identifier.
These versions may change significantly.
A future production assembly kit may contain:-
different components;
-
revised geometry;
-
stronger parts;
-
different fasteners;
-
different electronics;
-
different wiring;
-
different tolerances;
-
different assembly methods;
-
improved documentation;
-
safety improvements; or
-
other changes.
Members should build according to the documentation associated with the version they actually downloaded.
18. VERSION NUMBERS DO NOT GUARANTEE COMPATIBILITY
RENBOTS will make reasonable efforts to document version compatibility, but users should not assume that every part from every development revision will fit every later revision.
A change to one component may require changes to:-
mounting holes;
-
fasteners;
-
electronics;
-
wiring;
-
structural parts;
-
firmware;
-
software;
-
neighboring components; or
-
assembly procedures.
Members should verify compatibility before fabrication or purchase of components.
19. PRODUCTION V1 AND ASSEMBLY KITS
RENBOTS currently intends to continue improving the platform through member testing and development feedback before broader production of finalized assembly kits.
The current development objective is to move applicable hardware toward production-ready revisions during late 2026.
This is a development objective rather than an unconditional guarantee that every product will enter production by a particular date.
Production versions may differ materially from earlier Member Files.
A person who preorders or purchases a future production kit should rely on the specifications and terms applicable to that production product rather than assuming the kit will exactly match an earlier development download.
20. COMMUNITY FEEDBACK
Community feedback is an important part of the RENBOTS development process.
Members may provide information concerning:-
print quality;
-
tolerances;
-
assembly;
-
fitment;
-
wiring;
-
documentation;
-
mechanical behavior;
-
durability;
-
software;
-
bugs;
-
usability;
-
safety;
-
component sourcing;
-
compatibility; and
-
suggested improvements.
RENBOTS may use feedback to improve:-
future revisions;
-
documentation;
-
product design;
-
assembly procedures;
-
software;
-
hardware;
-
kits; and
-
related services.
21. OWNERSHIP OF FEEDBACK
Members retain ownership of intellectual property they independently created before submitting feedback.
Providing feedback does not automatically transfer ownership of a member's unrelated pre-existing inventions or designs.
However, by voluntarily submitting ordinary feedback, suggestions, error reports, compatibility information, measurements, comments, or improvement ideas to RENBOTS, the member grants BitNip LLC and BitForge Dynamics LLC permission to use that feedback for the development, improvement, manufacture, documentation, support, and commercialization of RENBOTS products without an obligation to compensate the member unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Members should not submit confidential inventions, trade secrets, proprietary employer information, or other material they are not authorized to disclose through ordinary community feedback channels.
If a member wishes to discuss a potentially patentable invention, commercial partnership, confidential design, or separately owned technology, the member should contact RENBOTS before submitting detailed confidential information.
22. MEMBER BUILDS ARE USER-BUILT HARDWARE
A robot fabricated from RENBOTS Member Files is not necessarily equivalent to a factory-manufactured RENBOTS production product.
Its performance and safety may depend on:-
printer calibration;
-
printing material;
-
print orientation;
-
layer adhesion;
-
machining quality;
-
component sourcing;
-
fastener installation;
-
wiring;
-
battery selection;
-
electronics;
-
soldering;
-
assembly technique;
-
software configuration;
-
modifications;
-
maintenance; and
-
other user-controlled factors.
RENBOTS cannot inspect every community-built robot.
Users are responsible for evaluating the quality and safety of their own builds.
23. SAFETY IS PART OF MEMBERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY
Membership access does not constitute certification that a member is qualified to perform robotics, electrical, mechanical, fabrication, or software work.
RENBOTS systems may involve:-
electricity;
-
batteries;
-
motors;
-
servos;
-
geared mechanisms;
-
moving joints;
-
pinch points;
-
high forces;
-
hot components;
-
soldering;
-
fabrication tools;
-
sharp tools;
-
power tools;
-
3D printers;
-
chemicals;
-
adhesives;
-
heated surfaces; and
-
other potential hazards.
Members must follow the RENBOTS Disclaimers & Safety Policy.
Appropriate personal protective equipment, tools, supervision, and engineering judgment should be used.
24. EXPERIMENTAL HARDWARE
Development hardware may behave differently than expected.
Members should assume that experimental hardware may contain:-
design errors;
-
incorrect tolerances;
-
structural weaknesses;
-
software defects;
-
documentation errors;
-
compatibility problems; or
-
other development issues.
Testing should initially be performed conservatively and in a controlled environment.
A development design should not be relied upon for a safety-critical application unless separately validated for that application.
25. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPONENTS
Membership downloads may require components that are not supplied by RENBOTS.
Members are responsible for verifying:-
component specifications;
-
voltage;
-
current;
-
polarity;
-
material suitability;
-
dimensional compatibility;
-
mechanical ratings;
-
battery requirements;
-
wiring;
-
fastener ratings; and
-
supplier information.
A reference to a component does not necessarily represent an endorsement or guarantee of that supplier.
26. MEMBERSHIP DOES NOT INCLUDE EVERY COMPONENT
A membership provides access to the benefits identified for that membership level.
It does not automatically include:-
physical hardware;
-
printed parts;
-
electronics;
-
motors;
-
fasteners;
-
batteries;
-
tools;
-
consumables;
-
third-party software;
-
paid APIs;
-
manufacturing services; or
-
other physical products
unless specifically stated.
27. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS MAY CHANGE
RENBOTS may add, remove, revise, replace, or reorganize member materials as the platform develops.
A file may be:-
superseded;
-
withdrawn for safety;
-
replaced;
-
moved to another membership level;
-
made freely available;
-
publicly released;
-
archived; or
-
discontinued.
Where a file is withdrawn because of a significant known safety concern, RENBOTS may provide an appropriate notice to affected members when reasonably practical.
28. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
A member may cancel a paid membership according to the billing and cancellation options provided through RENBOTS.com.
Cancellation ends future paid membership access according to the applicable subscription period.
Cancellation does not convert previously downloaded restricted Member Files into unrestricted material.
Files downloaded while a membership was active remain subject to the license terms that applied to those files.
If a previously restricted version is later publicly released under a broader license, the later published license applies according to its terms.
29. ACCOUNT SHARING
Membership accounts are intended for the registered member or authorized account holder.
Members may not share login credentials for the purpose of allowing other people to:-
avoid membership requirements;
-
download restricted Member Files;
-
access Pro resources without authorization; or
-
circumvent applicable licensing terms.
Organizations, schools, laboratories, businesses, or teams requiring multi-user access should obtain an appropriate license or membership arrangement where offered.
30. COMMERCIAL MANUFACTURING
Unless expressly permitted by the applicable license, membership does not automatically authorize commercial reproduction or manufacturing of restricted RENBOTS Member Files.
Members seeking to:-
manufacture RENBOTS products commercially;
-
sell kits reproducing restricted RENBOTS designs;
-
sell fabricated copies of restricted components;
-
distribute restricted designs;
-
integrate restricted designs into commercial products; or
-
obtain production licensing
should contact RENBOTS through:
www.RENBOTS.com/contact
A separate commercial license may be required.
31. SELLING ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES
Members may generally develop and sell independently created accessories compatible with RENBOTS, provided they:-
own the applicable intellectual property;
-
do not distribute restricted RENBOTS Member Files;
-
do not substantially reproduce protected designs without permission;
-
do not falsely represent the product as official RENBOTS hardware;
-
do not misuse RENBOTS trademarks; and
-
comply with applicable law.
Compatibility alone does not make an independent accessory an official RENBOTS product.
32. TERMINATION FOR MATERIAL LICENSE VIOLATIONS
RENBOTS may suspend or terminate membership access for serious or repeated violations including:-
unauthorized redistribution of Member Files;
-
resale of restricted files;
-
systematic account sharing;
-
circumvention of access restrictions;
-
fraudulent activity;
-
infringement involving RENBOTS materials; or
-
other material violations of these Member Terms.
Termination of membership does not retroactively authorize distribution of restricted files.
RENBOTS may take additional legal action where appropriate to protect intellectual property or address unlawful conduct.
33. THIRD-PARTY LICENSES
Some RENBOTS projects may contain third-party components, libraries, software, hardware references, or other materials.
Those materials remain subject to their respective licenses and rights.
Where a third-party license grants broader rights than these Member Terms, these Member Terms do not revoke those independently granted rights.
Members are responsible for reviewing applicable third-party licensing requirements.
34. NO GUARANTEE OF SUCCESSFUL BUILD
Membership access provides resources for building and experimenting with RENBOTS systems.
It does not guarantee that:-
every print will succeed;
-
every component will be available;
-
every user will successfully assemble a robot;
-
every configuration will work;
-
every modification will be compatible;
-
every design will remain unchanged; or
-
every development file will meet production-quality standards.
RENBOTS is an evolving robotics platform.
Development participation necessarily involves uncertainty.
35. THE PURPOSE OF THE MEMBER PROGRAM
The RENBOTS Member Program exists to create a transparent path between:
development hardware
and
production-ready robotics.
Members receive access to selected stages of that process. In exchange, the community can:-
build;
-
test;
-
experiment;
-
identify problems;
-
propose improvements;
-
learn;
-
create compatible technology; and
-
help RENBOTS mature.
Members should therefore understand that early access is not merely early access to a finished product.
In many cases, it is access to the actual development process.
36. TRANSPARENCY ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE RECEIVING
When downloading a Member File, users should review:-
its version number;
-
its release status;
-
its membership level;
-
its license;
-
its documentation;
-
any safety notice; and
-
any compatibility notice.
A file marked:
Development,
Prototype,
Alpha,
Beta,
Release Candidate,
or another pre-production designation should not be represented as a finalized production release.
A production V1.0.0 release should be treated as a distinct milestone.
37. CHANGES TO THESE MEMBER TERMS
RENBOTS may update these Member Terms as:-
membership features change;
-
licensing practices evolve;
-
new products are introduced;
-
release models change;
-
safety requirements change;
-
legal requirements change; or
-
the RENBOTS ecosystem develops.
The Last Updated date at the beginning of these Terms identifies the current version.
Material changes affecting existing paid members may be communicated through RENBOTS.com, account notices, email, or another reasonable method where appropriate.
38. CONTACT
