CORE-LED PRE-ORDER (V1)
The RENBOTS CORE-LED Kit is the entry point into the RENBOTS modular robotics platform.
This preorder reserves one of the first production CORE-LED kits planned for the V1 RENBOTS launch.
The CORE-LED is designed as a compact, programmable lighting and electronics module that introduces users to the RENBOTS hardware ecosystem without requiring the complete CORE-HEAD assembly.
It is intended for makers, developers, early adopters, and members who want to begin experimenting with RENBOTS hardware while the larger robotics platform continues toward production.
What You Are Preordering
You are preordering a future V1 production assembly kit.
The product shown in current:
renders;
photographs;
development builds;
prototypes;
videos; and
member documentation
represents the current design direction of the CORE-LED.
However, the CORE-LED is still in active development.
The final production kit may contain updated, revised, replaced, or additional parts where necessary to improve:
reliability;
assembly;
fitment;
durability;
electronics;
manufacturing;
safety;
documentation; or
overall production quality.
The purpose of these changes is to deliver the strongest practical V1 kit possible rather than freezing the product simply because an earlier prototype was shown publicly.
Expected Kit Contents
The V1 CORE-LED Kit is expected to include the primary parts necessary to assemble the production CORE-LED configuration, including applicable:
CORE-LED structural components;
electronics;
LED hardware;
wiring or connectors;
mounting hardware;
fasteners;
assembly materials;
documentation; and
applicable RENBOTS software or setup instructions.
Final component specifications and exact quantities may change during development.
The final production Bill of Materials will be provided with or before shipment.
Launch Edition Extras
Preorder customers will also receive launch-edition RENBOTS materials planned to include items such as:
limited-edition RENBOTS gear;
launch stickers;
development notes;
printed materials;
signed authenticity cards; and
other first-run or preorder-exclusive items.
Exact designs, quantities, and included promotional items may change prior to fulfillment.
These extras are intended to recognize the early community supporting RENBOTS during development.
Carry / Storage Case
The CORE-LED Kit is intended to include a simple storage or transport solution.
For the CORE-LED preorder, the final packaging may also serve as its storage case. The final case and packaging design are still being determined.
If a separate case is not selected before production, the CORE-LED Kit may use its production packaging as the primary protective storage solution.
Assembly Required
The CORE-LED Kit is an assembly kit, not a fully assembled finished device.
Some assembly, setup, wiring, firmware installation, configuration, or testing may be required.
The final assembly process will depend on the production revision.
Instructions will be provided for the applicable V1 production kit.
Development Status
Current Status: In Development / Pre-Production
This is not currently a finalized V1.0.0 production product.
Preorder customers will receive the finalized production revision selected for the first CORE-LED kit run, not necessarily an exact duplicate of an earlier prototype or render.

The goal of the preorder program is simple: give early supporters access to the first real production generation of RENBOTS while allowing the development team enough flexibility to make the final V1 hardware better than the prototype.
