CORE-HEAD PRE-ORDER (V1)

The RENBOTS CORE-HEAD Kit is the first full head assembly of the RENBOTS modular robotics platform.

This preorder reserves one of the first production CORE-HEAD assembly kits planned for the V1 RENBOTS launch.

The CORE-HEAD is designed to combine the primary electronics, lighting, structure, sensing, motion-support hardware, and modular interfaces required for the RENBOTS head platform.

It is intended to operate as a standalone development platform and as the primary head module for future RENBOTS bodies, bases, and robotics configurations.

What You Are Preordering

You are preordering a future V1 production CORE-HEAD assembly kit.

The product shown in current:

• renders;

• photographs;

• development hardware;

• demonstrations;

• prototypes;

• member downloads; and

• promotional images

represents the current development direction of the CORE-HEAD.

The design is still in active development.

The final V1 production kit may include:

• revised components;

• improved structural parts;

• updated electronics;

• different fasteners;

• revised wiring;

• strengthened parts;

• improved mounts;

• updated interfaces;

• additional components;

• replacement components; or

• other production changes

where those changes improve the final product.

The production kit should therefore be understood as the finalized evolution of the current CORE-HEAD, not a promise that every individual development component will remain unchanged.

Every CORE-HEAD Kit includes the applicable RENBOTS CORE-LED Kit as part of the head system.

CORE-HEAD preorder customers therefore receive the CORE-LED hardware required for the applicable production head configuration.

The CORE-HEAD package is intended to build upon the CORE-LED platform rather than requiring customers to purchase the CORE-LED separately.

Additional Launch Item

The CORE-HEAD preorder will also include an additional launch-edition item beyond the standard CORE-LED package.

Details of this additional item may be finalized closer to production.

Where necessary, the final product listing will be updated before fulfillment to identify the applicable included item.

Expected Kit Contents

The V1 CORE-HEAD Kit is expected to include the principal components necessary to assemble the first production CORE-HEAD configuration.

Depending on the final revision, this is expected to include applicable:

• CORE-HEAD structural components;

• CORE-LED hardware;

• head shell components;

• mounting hardware;

• applicable electronics;

• internal wiring;

• connectors;

• lighting hardware;

• motion-support components;

• fasteners;

• assembly hardware;

• interface components;

• documentation;

• assembly instructions; and

• applicable software, firmware, or setup resources.

Final component manufacturers, specifications, and quantities may change as the V1 design is finalized.

The final production Bill of Materials will be provided with or before shipment.

Launch Edition Extras

CORE-HEAD preorder customers will also receive limited launch-edition materials planned to include items such as:

• limited-edition RENBOTS gear;

• launch stickers;

• development notes;

• production or project notes;

• signed authenticity cards;

• first-run documentation; and

• other preorder-exclusive materials.

These materials are intended to identify the kit as part of the first production generation of RENBOTS.

Assembly Required

The CORE-HEAD Kit is an assembly kit.

It is not expected to arrive as a fully assembled consumer appliance.

Depending on the final production configuration, assembly may involve:

• installing structural parts;

• fastening components;

• connecting wiring;

• installing electronics;

• installing the CORE-LED;

• configuring software;

• calibration; and

• functional testing.

Users should follow all RENBOTS safety instructions during assembly and testing.

Important Preorder Notice

By placing a CORE-HEAD preorder, you acknowledge that:

• the final V1 design may differ from current prototypes or renders;

• components may be added, updated, replaced, or revised;

• final suppliers may change;

• the hardbody case supplier remains TBD;

• exact launch-edition extras may change;

• the product is currently in development and is planned to be delivered by Spring 2027;

• final production documentation is still being developed; and

• production and delivery timing may be updated as engineering and manufacturing progress
